Thanks for your post. Believe that I located your account behind the scenes and adjusted the user count for your Pro and Premium editions which were missing. Please close and re-open your Sage 50 software. If the issues persist I'd recommend contacting Sage 50 CA customer service at 1-888-222-8985 to have your software activation checked.

Thanks, it's active and Sage is very unhelpful. It's more about getting my credit card number that trying to fix the software.

On the phone now for 68 min and they are not really interested in helping.

Update that I've forwarded your request to Sage 50 CA's support managers and asked them to have someone review and reach out. In the notes on your account, Windows came up. Regarding firewalls and program blocks, please see Steps 1 to 4 about: How to get Windows to trust Sage 50 and other programs
