I have Sage 50 2020 CA Prem. The software stopped working properly in February 2020.
I can’t adjust any journals. If I try the program closes or just do nothing.
I have reinstall Sage to try and fix the problem

Thanks for your post. Believe that I located your account behind the scenes and adjusted the user count for your Pro and Premium editions which were missing. Please close and re-open your Sage 50 software. If the issues persist I'd recommend contacting Sage 50 CA customer service at 1-888-222-8985 to have your software activation checked.

Update that I've forwarded your request to Sage 50 CA's support managers and asked them to have someone review and reach out. In the notes on your account, Windows came up. Regarding firewalls and program blocks, please see Steps 1 to 4 about: How to get Windows to trust Sage 50 and other programs
