Transfer Inventory to COGS against projects in Sage 50 PRO

Transfer Inventory to COGS in Sage 50 PRO : I have purchased some of inventory in Jan 2015, say (qty-100) and have made a payment for that as well. My inventory balance shows 100 quantity. Now next month, I want to use half of the quantity (50) on Project 'A'. How can I record the same in Sage 50 PRO?

Sage only records Project information when there has been a Journal Entry.

For inventory transactions, this would include:.

- An inventory Adjustment, or

- A purchase or sale.

Item Assembly and Bill of Materials cannot be associated with Projects.

So, if 50 of your 100 widgets are now sawdust and houses, you could use the Inventory Adjustment to record the cost of them to your Work In Progress ledger account, or you could add them to a progress invoice.

I think I understand what you're asking for, but Sage 50 doesn't.
