ROE web bulk exports files not valid

I have a large number of ROE's to process in a few weeks and the ROE web program is telling me that the Sage 50 export file is invalid.  I thought this was being addressed? Do I need to do something or is it still to come at a later date and I need to do these  all manually? (Please don't say that's the case!)

In some cases, the export file is almost completely valid - it will import into ROE WEB, but then you have to go into each employee and fix the reason-for-leaving code. I haven't figured out yet what causes this. It's just something to keep in mind if your file imports to ROE WEB okay, but then fails the validation process within ROE WEB.
