Error importing records. The import file does not contain a compatible country type.

While importing employees from csv file above error coming. Can anybody help?

Then your overall format may not be quite right.
If you post it, we may be able to help. You don't have to show confidential data as long as the format is the same.
Did you follow the format in the Knowledgebase article or the help file under Importing a File Formatted for Sage 50 Accounting?

From the Help file.
The detail lines contain all the information to be exported. The values are separated by commas. There is no need to use a double quote (") except when a comma is needed in the value of a particular column. The following tables illustrate the expected values in the detail lines of the various modules.
It looks like your employee record is tab delimited, not comma.
Note: I don't know why it says exported when I pulled this from the import documentation.
Even after using 12001 it says version is invalid
