Whichever system you select, you will need to generate PDF copies of your employee's paystubs

How to print PDF Paystubs in Sage 50 CA

In this example, we've gone to the Employees & Payroll menu > Paycheques icon to find a Paycheque that's been created and one that we want to create a PDF paystub for individually.

After clicking on Find Paycheque, either pull a full list by clicking on OK, or input some more specific criteria like the employee's name, etc.

We clicked OK then selected the first item on the list. Once the Paycheque window opens, visit the File menu> Print.

Select a folder / location for saving the paystub file, we selected the desktop.  Make sure to select the "Save as type" as "PDF Document" and label the file name before clicking Save.

The outputted file that can be uploaded to a service like ePost or InStaff will look like the below:

  • Am I missing something, or is your 'great solution' to: (1) select a paycheque, (2) save a pdf paystub with unique name, (3) repeat for every employee in the payroll, and then (4) individually upload each one somewhere....  are there even any plans to automate this so that an entire payroll batch could be distributed quickly?
