As of yesterday, several of my users reported recieving the following error while trying to Log in to BV:
execution error: file 'c:\businessvision\bcapplication.lbr\bcenviroment.gnt' error code: 240, pc=0 call=1 seg=0 240 object reference not valid
None of these users had any issues using BV before yesterday and there have been no changes to their workstations or our network. I'm sorry I don't have more to add to this post, this error has appeared seemingly out of no where and performing a re-install did not resolve it. I've looked on-line and have not been able to find a solution. Has anyone else reported this error? It it solvable?
