Abnormal termination

I am trying to save my invoices and receipts but keep getting an abnormal termination message then BV shuts down on me. This has just been happening since my computer decided to upgrade itself:) Help please!

If your computer upgraded to Windows 11, Sage has a patch in the downloads for your product. It may fix your issue.

Our experience has shown that this does not always work. We've had more success with downgrading the O/S to Windows 10.
