Why do we have to reach out to support to find out what our account number is? Why can't we access our account number from our account, ourselves?

Follow up: I did reach out to live chat support and was told Sage Accounting customers don't even HAVE account numbers, and we should use "N/A" in the account number field when signing up for Sage University.

After a very lengthy chat, I was informed we can also use our subscription number as the account number to register for Sage University instead of "N/A"

It would be nice if all of this information was readily accessible on the SageU registration page instead of having to jump through multiple hoops to get informed. It should not require extensive research and support to learn the most basic info about your products.
