Hi Stephen Hthanks for reaching out. Sage Accounting is our fully ccloud-based small business solution. It can be accessed from anywhere and on any device. There's no limit on users who can access your profile, however you are limited to just having one company database.

Sage 50 Canada may be the best option for you if you requre multiple company databases but this is a classic desktop software that must be installed.

Thank you.  As much as Sage 50 sounds like the best option, it has one limiting factor, and that is it's not accessible from anywhere.  I think we will try out Sage Accounting, but we will have to pay double the amount for two active companies.
