Currently, this is a bug affecting Sage Accounting Standard users. We have this reported to our development team.

As a workaround, users must log in as Business Owner to access the incoming transactions pages. I have created a case, and we will notify you once the fix is in place. There is no ETA 

Thank you.  Please let me know when you learn on the ETA.  I purchase the product to make sure I can add multiple users to perform different functionality and not use owner account.  It creates a high risk for the account to be compromise.
