How do i get rid of 2-step verification on business accounting?

SOLVED

Since I added the 2-step verification, I cannot get my associate into our accounting system.  I need to get rid of it.  How do I do it?

    Thanks for reaching out with your concern regarding the 2-step verification on your business accounting system. If you've added this layer of security but now need to remove it to allow your associate access, here’s how you can do it:

    1. Visit the Account Management page and sign in using your email and password.
    2. Enter the code from your authentication app or the one sent to your device.
    3. Navigate to the '2-factor authentication' section.
    4. Click to remove the relevant device from the list.
    5. A code will be sent to that device. Enter this code on the screen, then click 'Continue' to finalize the removal.
    6. A confirmation message will appear once the device has been successfully removed.

    Remember, removing 2-factor authentication will decrease the security of your account, but you can re-establish it at any time using our setup guide. Keep in mind that once 2-factor authentication becomes mandatory, you will need to set up a new device the next time you log in.
