Thanks for reaching out with your concern regarding the 2-step verification on your business accounting system. If you've added this layer of security but now need to remove it to allow your associate access, here’s how you can do it:
Remember, removing 2-factor authentication will decrease the security of your account, but you can re-establish it at any time using our setup guide. Keep in mind that once 2-factor authentication becomes mandatory, you will need to set up a new device the next time you log in.
If you're unable to access your device to receive the confirmation code, please don't hesitate to contact our support team for assistance in removing the device.
