New User Validation failed

Hello, I am having an issue trying to create a new user.  Once I send the invitation and they try to accept it they are getting a message that says
 
"Validation failed : Business has already been taken" 
 
What does this mean and how do I add another user ?

    Thanks for reaching out. This is a known issue and usually occurs if the invitation is accepted on the same device or browser used by the account owner. Here's how to resolve it:

    1. Ensure that you're not logged into the account on the device or browser where the new user is accepting the invitation.
    2. Try opening the invitation in an incognito/private window. In most browsers, you can do this by selecting More (often represented by three dots) and then choosing "New Incognito Window".
    3. Alternatively, use a different device or browser to accept the invitation.

    If the problem persists, clear the history, cookies, caches, and passwords on your browser, or try again from a different browser or device.

    Should none of these steps work, please contact our Accounting Team for further assistance, as there may be additional steps required specifically for your account.
