If you're faced with the "Authentication Error - EC02" during login, especially when accessing Sage Accounting through www.sage.com, here are the steps to potentially resolve this issue:

1. Attempt Login: First, try logging into your account as you normally would.
2. Inspect the URL: If you receive an authentication error, examine the address in your browser. It's likely to end with .../error-id-provider.
3. Adjust the URL: By removing the /errors/error-id-provider part from the end of the URL and pressing enter, you may bypass the error and access your account normally.

This method provides an alternative solution if clearing your browser’s cache and cookies doesn't rectify the problem. Hope this helps!

It simply will not allow me to the webpage.  I click the link and it says “we are having technical difficulties” and the only option I have from there is to click Sage Accounting which takes me back to the we are having technical difficulties.
