Thanks for reaching out. Which error are you getting? Our status page at status.sage.com currently does not report any service outages.
If you're faced with the "Authentication Error - EC02" during login, especially when accessing Sage Accounting through www.sage.com, here are the steps to potentially resolve this issue:

It simply will not allow me to the webpage. I click the link and it says “we are having technical difficulties” and the only option I have from there is to click Sage Accounting which takes me back to the we are having technical difficulties.
open this link you may be using an older link or your browser remembers broken pages.
