I removed some transactions from a reconciliation.  I need to reconcile them again.  How do I do this?

    Hi  ,

Thanks for reaching out. If you're looking to reconcile transactions you've previously removed, here’s what you can do:

    1. Verify the transaction date: Ensure that you’re looking at the correct date range where the transactions should appear. Sometimes, transactions are entered with an incorrect date, which can make them seem missing.
    2. Check your account activity: Go to the Activity tab of the bank account in question and use the From and To date filters to cover the dates you’re interested in. Make sure to look through all your bank accounts to ensure the transactions weren’t mistakenly recorded in a different account.
    3. Re-enter missing transactions: If after searching the correct date ranges and all accounts you still can’t find the transactions, you may need to re-enter them.
    4. Review the reconciliation state: If a transaction has been reconciled in error, you can clear the Reconciled checkbox. For any transactions that have been entered with the incorrect value, correct the value and save the changes.

For a detailed step-by-step guide and further troubleshooting, please refer to this article on how to fix bank reconciliation issues: How to fix bank reconciliation issues.

If you follow these steps and still encounter issues, the transactions might have been deleted or never posted, which are common reasons for missing entries. Make sure no filters are applied, check the correct date ranges, and use the Audit Trail to track all recorded and deleted transactions. Hope this helps you get back on track with your reconciliations. If this helps, please mark it as verified :)

    Warm Regards,
