Bank Feed Set Up - Barclays Corporate iPortal

I am having an issue setting up the Bank Feed - we bank with Barclays Corporate and the website - Barclays iPortal - does not support Chrome as a web browser.

When I am attempting to set up the bank feed, I need to sign in to our Barclays iPortal website in a "mini window" in Sage - but the issue arises where the Barclays "log-in" button does not appear and the message is shown regarding the web browser not being supported.

Is there any way that the "mini window" that pops up in sage can be set so that it opens in either Internet Explorer or Firefox?

    Following on from this over 1 year ago, has any progress been made? We still find that the e-banking setup takes us to barclays.co.uk instead of to the iportal iportal.barclays.com/.../login.
    I've spoken directly to PLAID before, and in a session with them they showed me on their own system that selecting Barclays (UK) Corporate takes them to the right page. Why is it then that it does not do that within Sage 200?
    Here is their response in April 2023:
    "After speaking with our team, they have let me know that you will need to reach out to Sage directly regarding which portal you'll need to use to connect your Barclays Corporate account, as this is something that is set on their end. Sage's team is also able to reach out to our team directly in case they need to troubleshoot with us directly."
    Do we have any timeline or expected date on when this bank feed will be fixed?
