Just wanted to clarify are you looking to configure the email options to allow it to be sent to customers or is it text and a field you would like to have displayed on the layout when it is printed / emailed?

The data is within Sage in the Customer account record under Contacts
I want to show the email of the Contact that has the 'Send Invoice To' contact role set as preferred

My apologies Reuben, I was looking at this in Sage 50 Accounts not Sage 200, I've requested that a colleague on the Sage 200 side looks at this for you.

For clarity I'm looking to display the email address in the report
The context here is there would be a sentence showing on the dispatch note saying: The invoice will be emailed to [email address].
