Can you redo a remittance after purged or deleted? | No - as you can't undo a purged or deleted record. If you took a backup prior to deleting the remittances you could always restore if you needed to print again. |
If "always create remittance" isn't selected, and you don't create it during the supplier payment, how do i get it after the payment has been saved? | You can't unfortunately, the button has to be clicked before saving the payment. The supplier payment (PP) transaction would need to be deleted from the audit trail. You can then post the supplier payment again, and click Create Remittance before saving the payment. |
How do you know which email address it will go to, is there a way you can check?

Yes, this can be checked in Settings > Email defaults, here you can make changes and re apply the email settings for the remittances |
Can we amend the rem adv to show Ex Ref instead of Ref? | Yes you can, please refer to the following steps > |
