Thanks for using Sage City.

To export your VAT return to Excel, once you’ve calculated the VAT return and the correct figures are in boxes 1 - 9, you can click Print VAT Return and run the VAT return report to File. Run the report as a .xml .xlx or .csv file and you’ll then be able to open the file in Excel.
