We have a webshop as an income stream and currently, when an order comes in, we are manually tying the data into Sage to populate a Sales Order
Does anyone know a way to link the webshop portal to Sage 50 to automate this process?
Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated

As you can't import a sales order into Sage then I think the only way this would work is if the webshop was able to add the order to sage directly via some sort of app which gets the data from online…
If you are able to get a csv file from the webshop portal, you may be able to use Adept Tools Sales Order CSV tool to import into Sage. I haven't used this particular tool but have used the Sales Invoice…
I use Adept to import orders as invoices from our website. Just needs a CSV export from the web-shop. You will need a way to manually flag completed orders for export. Depends what platform you are using…
