Having issues with one user at the moment who can't log in, sage just disappears. I've tried clearing the user but when logged in as manager there are no users to clear. Tried a backup but won't let me as 'user logged in' - any ideas?

Thanks for using Sage City.
If the user themself has confirmed they're not logged in because they can't log in, and you can't see them as logged in either as manager, then the next thing to try would be what we call 'refreshing the queue.dta file'
Steps to do this can be found in our guide below
Just make sure before you do this that you ask everyone to log out of Sage 50 Accounts, including all remote users if you use Remote Data Access.
