To enable me to help you resolve this, can you please answer the following:

1. If you go into File > Maintenance > Check Data, are there any errors reported?
2. If you go into File > Open > Open Demo Data > enter the username Manager with no password > the demonstration company will open. Are you able to access Tools > Options in this company, or does the software close?

Hi Paul,

I've just tested this on a couple of installations where I have seen the issue.

1. On each company I checked there were no errors. There were a small number of warnings but these did not appear to be serious, relating to an order due date being earlier than the order date or a discrepancy between the sales aged balance and control account.

2. It did also crash from the Demo Data company on both installations.

So the issue does appear to be across the installation rather than company specific.
