I've seen a recurring issue on several installations of Sage 50c v25 and v26, where the program will close to desktop if you try to access the Tools > Options screen.

I've just tested this on a couple of installations where I have seen the issue.
1. On each company I checked there were no errors. There were a small number of warnings but these did not appear to be serious, relating to an order due date being earlier than the order date or a discrepancy between the sales aged balance and control account.
2. It did also crash from the Demo Data company on both installations.
So the issue does appear to be across the installation rather than company specific.
