Were using sage 50 cloud accounts. At the moment we only seem to be able to convert sales orders to invoices. We cant seem to be able to convert a quote into a sales order and then into an invoice.
Is there a way to be able to convert both quotes…

We have several users who look after sales and purchasing who are in different offices. Often, one user will input e.g. a sale; however, other users cannot see this sale immediately which can result in the sale being input again by another user…
Problem: Sage Line 50 Accounts is not international trade friendly. Other than Commodity Codes and the allowance to add trade contacts from outside of the company's 'home country', there seems to be little else which makes international trade handling…
We noticed today that our quotations have started showing as sales orders (ORD) automatically on the quotations screen and not staying as quotes (QTE). This is before they are marked as won.
They are still showing as quotes (QTE) on the sales order…
