Sage 50 payroll - no pension assessment report, payslips uploaded or link to send pension data

I am trying to run payroll and although it has calculated pension payments correctly, the window for pension assessment does not come up, also the same happens with upload online payslips and i have also tried send pension data and again no window appears and nothing seems to be happening. Any suggestions?

    Thanks for using our Product Support Community.

    This is an issue we’re aware of and can occur for the following reasons: 

    • The Open Company window displays a full path to your data and the PayData.txt file also contains part of the path to your data.
    • The PayData.txt file displays invalid characters such as :<>?*"|
    • Your data is stored in the Program Files folder. To check this within Sage 50 Payroll > Help > About > Program Details > check the Data directory path.
