Employee reset password issue - Invalid Captcha Code

One of our employees needs to reset his password for the online payslip portal.  When he enters his email address and clicks on the box (I am not a robot) it keeps coming up saying "Invalid Captcha Code".  He has tried to do it on his mobile browser and then three different browsers on the computer.  Any ideas as to what this means and how he gets around it please?

    Thanks for using our Product Support Community.

    Try deleting the employee from your Online Payslips portal. When you next upload the employee's payslips from Sage 50 Payroll, their email address details are re-uploaded and they can set up their password.

    You should also ensure the Receive email notifications? check box is selected in the portal in Employees > View > Edit.
