Hi there,
I have received notification from a number of employees who have had issues when logging into the online portal to access their payslips. One employee advised they copy and pasted the original password which was set up when I added them as a new employee and they were blocked immediately without any further attempts.
I have also had further employees say they cannot access the portal (I have deleted their accounts and re-added them) and it seems to be the password generated by Sage which seems to pose the problems
Has anyone else had their employees contact them with password issues, recently?
Any suggestions on how to resolve this? Unfortunately, we don't have screen sharing facilities within our business and not everyone is located in the same office.
