People's Pension - Maintenance File

Good afternoon all,

When running the 'Send Pension Data' process, a full list of employees is generated but only Contribution Schedules are showing in the Event column. No Member Enrolments show and no Maintenance File is generated. This means that new starters have to be manually input to the PP website.

This has been ongoing for a while and I can't find a fix. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    We can get the additional member enrolment file across to you. However, we will need your email address to do this. 

    I don't recommend entering your email in this forum but if you start a webchat with us or give us call on 0191 479 5955 and we'll be able to get this over to you.
