Sick days not showing on Absence Report

Hi

I want to run the Absence Diary Report but it doesn't show the sick days previously entered.  Is there something I haven't done?

    Hi Cathy,

    Thanks for using Sage City. I’m sorry for the delay in my reply. Your query was posted into the Sage Business Cloud forum, but has now been moved into the Sage 50cloud Payroll forum for reply.

    The Absence Diary Report shows, in diary format, the days entered as Absence or Custom Absence within the specified date range, for each employee. The report shows 1 employee per page and does not include holidays, national holidays or SSP.

    Instead, you can run the Detailed SSP Analysis report.

    You can view find info on all of the absence and holiday reports in the software here.
