We have a number of employees each month who are off sick. At the moment I have to add this manually to each of their employee records. Is there a way to either uoload a number of employees sick leave or batch add it to their records? Thank you
As I understand it, the make up basic pay function only works for employees who are receiving normal SSP (or other forms of statutory pay). Is there a way to use the function for COVID sick pay, which needs to be entered as a manual payment to be applied…
I have an issue with SSP errors.
I had processed our August month 5 pay and updated and sent an FPS. I then asked our IT support company to update the version of Sage Payroll to the latest version. During this it crashed and would not allow log in…
I have a lady on payroll who is paid a week in hand, i.e. for last week 13-17th she will get paid this Friday 24th .
This week ( 20-24th ) she has been signed off so is on SSP, but that payment will not be reflected until she is paid next Friday 3rd…
