Hello,
I am having a huge back and forwards issue with Sage and Nest. I am locked out of Nest about 20 times a day (ridiculous I know!). Between calling to reset my password as the unlock code emails never seem to reach me, every morning without doubt I will get a email from NEST to say that it is my payroll software in the background that has locked me out. Previously when I unlock my NEST account, i have had to change the password, and then have gone through Sage, into the Pensions Module Settings and Management centre and cleared out any Nest credentials and left them empty, only filling out the company I am in with the new password for Nest, I had a lot of issues previously with Sage online payslips passwords and emails being wrong so have had to change these alot too, but currently this seems to have settled down, but one tip i had from Sage was to find out the Company Unique Identifier and deleted a file within my Docs which stored old credentials so if this is pension related too, this is done. Is there any where else in the background where Sage tries to talk to Nest? I do not have any issues with my other two pension companies, just NEST. Typical though, neither Sage or NEST will accept it is an issue of theirs so I am just going round in circles calling up both companies and it is taking too much of my time as I do more than just run payrolls. I have also deleted any saved passwords within my internet browser too just in case it is confused here. Has anyone had this issue before and knows what I can do?
