Select reports on the tab across the top, 

select employee reports on the side tab, then on the top make sure the filter is set to all, this maybe why he cant see the one you want.

Scroll down, i'm assuming the one you want is 'Payment Summary History Part 1 by date', change the dates for the correct tax year required.

Same report but part 2 is after it.

Thanks for this, but he says he cannot see Reports across the top. That is why I was after screen shots, so I describe exactly where it is.

Its on the main page, not sure where he might be!

Right in the middle, next to the smiley face!

If he cant see that page, he needs to click on the change view in the right hand corner, change to employee list
