Thanks for using Sage City. Apologies for the late reply to this. We changed over Sage City and some queries were missed by mistake.

You may have already resolved your query but if not, you can look at the Employee 52 week average report in reports > employee to give the average. However, this report will also look at averages for weeks not worked so if the employee was on hold at any point or didn't start until halfway through for example, it wouldn't give an accurate reading. 

If this is the case you would need to work it out manually or I believe we may be able to do a customised report design but it would be chargeable.
