Name Spelling Error on sage payslip portal

Hi someone has brought to my attention that their name 'Lynette' is spelt wrong on her payslips via the online sage documents portal. I have changed it to 'Lynnette' with 2 'ns' on sage payroll, but on the online documents it is still the wrong spelling. I have deleted her from the portal and re-added her but its still the wrong spelling - how do i change this??

    I notice this query has slipped through without a community response, sorry for the late reply but I thought I’d pop something back to you.

    I appreciate this issue may be resolved now, but for this scenario I'd advise deleting the employee from the portal, then ensure their name is correct in their employee record. Then upload a Pre Update payslip - this will upload the employee with their name as it is set in their employee record at the time of upload. After this, you could upload historical payslips so that they all become available too.
