Pension Data Resend?

Hi everyone,

I have recently taken over our weekly Payroll role temporarily whilst we await a new member of staff. I normally only do holiday cover but my colleague has suddenly left the business. They have obviously had an issue from week 36 (7th Dec) to date in regards to sending our Pension Data to the Peoples Pension via the link in Sage 50 Payroll.

It hasn't gone through to TPP for 4 weeks payroll runs now (even though the week they are expecting is in the History section as being sent on 14th Dec-TPP saying they havent got it) and is only flagging up an error on the pension module in regards to Payroll run of 21st, saying TPP start and end dates are incorrect as they are awaiting 7th Dec to 13th Dec as our next data.

I have very limited knowledge of the Pension side of things and only know the basics of Payroll so I wondered if there is anyway I can resend the data via Sage 50 for the week they are expecting first, then follow on with the other 3 weeks? 

I know there is a Rollback option but I was cautious to use this as I'm guessing that removed all employees pay data and I would need to reprocess everything? With over 150 staff that is not something I can do for 4 weeks pay runs.
