I wanted to start using the variance report available in Sage Payroll, however I wanted this to look for a difference in payment rate only rather than the total for payment element.

For example, I have a basic pay rate at £15ph and employees are working different hours every week, therefore the total for the payment element may vary from payroll to payroll, however I would like to be warned if the basic rate changes. 

Is this possible?
