I have an employee aged 19 who is a non-eligible employee and has exercised his right to opt-in to a pension scheme.  When I use the pensions module to add him, it throws up this error

and fails to add the pension scheme to his record (I've had to add him manually as we needed to process the payroll).

Is this a program bug, or something wrong with our data?
