I have an issue with SSP errors.
I had processed our August month 5 pay and updated and sent an FPS. I then asked our IT support company to update the version of Sage Payroll to the latest version. During this it crashed and would not allow log in…
We don't pay sick pay. A couple of employees had a day off sick this month. I've marked them sick on the SSP tab. Naturally no SSP was calculated, but no deduction was made from salary. Do I have to make an adjustment manually?
I am attempting to mass import leave/sickness for our employees using the Advanced data import tool, but cannot find the appropriate template to do so.
