That's odd that the status didn't change, I'd advise you contact Sage technical support when you're able to please so that a technician can troubleshoot this with you.

I've just had the same issue, so was about to ask the same question.  Did you get an answer?

I had to phone support to get this resolved. they ran through a few things in the program (which i can't remember) then had to repair data in dbutilities twice. I've actually just encountered the problem again with another client and will need to contact support again. Sorry I can't be of more help.

That's really useful thank you.  It seems that it's a Sage bug then.  I'll call them.
