The Balance Sheet can't be run for a set period of time. It runs for all of time. This means that it runs from the very first entry entered into Accounting up until a specific date you choose on the report.

What i was looking for is a trial balance sheet that shows 12 month balances at a time. 

The only reporting I can seem to find shows 1 month. I then have to export every month and manually input them into the same sheet.

I was wondering if there is a way for sage to do this for me?  

You can amend the dates on the Trial Balance report so that you can view it for any period of time you wish.

Once you click into the report, you will need to change the Period drop down menu to Custom and you will be able to amend the date range.
