month on month reporting

Question

Hi 
 
 I'm sure this has probably already been discussed, however, I can't find an answer! 
 I'm trying to pull off a trial balance and balance sheet report showing the 12 months in an accounting year with the totals for each period. 
 I can't seem to do this in sage accounting or in sage intelligence. 
 Has anyone managed to do this?

Hi Simon, 
 The Balance Sheet can't be run for a set period of time. It runs for all of time. This means that it runs from the very first entry entered into Accounting up until a specific date you choose on the report.

You can amend the dates on the Trial Balance report so that you can view it for any period of time you wish. 
 Once you click into the report, you will need to change the Period drop down menu to Custom and you will be able to amend the date range.
