Bank feed not refreshing

Hi, I have been using Sage Accounting start for about 6 months and generally happy with it. My feed from TSB stopped refreshing 9 days (15/11/19) but Sage doesn't think there is a problem. There is no way to re-enter credentials aside from disconnecting my bank account, at which point I lose the rules I set up.

Is there a known problem or solution?

    Hi Bruce,

    Sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues. You can always keep an eye on our Bank Feeds Status page if you experience issues again.

    At the moment, it doesn't look like your bank is on the list. 

    To update your Credentials, from the main Banking Screen within Start, there should be a little Cog Wheel icon at the top right corner of the Bank Account box (You'll need to hover over the box to see it)

    Once you click this, you should get an option to re-confirm your credentials.

    I have three bank feeds that are not updating Barclays, Metro and Santander. It is now over a week since any transactions were imported but they show up on the bank sites

    Hi Bob,

    Both Barclays and Santander are appearing on our Bank Feeds Status page as there is currently issues with these banks. They are being worked on as we speak and they hope to have it resolves today.

    As for Metro, if you are still experiencing issues after updating your credentials, I recommend contacting our Support team on 0191 479 5911
