Accounting App not Allowing Login

Hello,

I have invited client to access their SBC, and they have done so on the web browser just fine.

I have asked them to download the app, they can log in, but it is coming up with the following error:

Can you offer any suggestions please?

    Hi Shaun,

    I've heard from the tech team who have suggested that the client delete and reinstall the app on their device, and then try to log in again.

    This is something the team have been looking into, an issue where newly registered accounts take a little while to be properly set up and can sometimes give an error like this when logging into the app. It is something they're working on fixing, but reinstalling the app should resolve the issue.

    If they're still having a problem, we can check the account is set up correctly - Just send me over a private message with the email address they log in to Sage with and I'll check that for you.
