I have invited client to access their SBC, and they have done so on the web browser just fine.
I have asked them to download the app, they can log in, but it is coming up with the following error:
Can you offer any suggestions please?

The issue turned out to be:
Despite being advertised as available on all plans (at the time), the app was not available for Start subscriptions.
That's all in the past, but in the May newsletter it says the app is available for Start, Standard & Plus.
So I'm just checking that now it is indeed available for Start, and not just incorrectly shown as such.
Can anyone please confirm the app is now available on the Start plan where it wasn't before?
