Missing bank transactions

Hello, we have only just had bank feeds installed on 19-th December 22’ and I am a little disappointed in the fact that I can not see any bank transactions being downloaded from 1st December. How can I reconcile bank to sage not having any transactions available to be matched with sage between the period of 1st December and 18th December. I’ve matched all bank transactions to sage from 19th December but I now have no transactions in the bank window left but plenty of transactions in sage window. Do I just post all missing bank transactions manually? That will be 18 days of bank transactions! What if I was to try and download the whole month of December bank transactions? Is that going to cause me an issue with those transactions that I have already matched?

    Thanks for using Sage City.​ 

    ​When connecting your bank feed to sage you should be prompted with a “start date” this will be the request our system processes, we are able to get 30 days, anything more than that is down to the discretion of the bank. 

    If you have transactions missing you could always download a statement in a CSV format and upload that for the missing transactions (find help for this here - Import bank statement (sage.com)) , this will then allow you to match/create/transfer as you have in your feed. If you import the entire month of December (having already processed from the 19th) the system will still pull all of the transactions through as it will not know which have been processed.
