Sage CRM Ally (beta), is an AI chatbot embedded in the Sage CRM user interface designed to enhance user help accessibility through Sage CRM features.

To use Sage CRM Ally, your Sage CRM server must have internet access.

As an initial beta version, Sage CRM Ally is continuously being refined to improve the accuracy and relevance of its responses. Trained on documentation relevant to supported Sage CRM versions, this chatbot mirrors the functionality of the one found on the Sage CRM Help Center.

Users can leverage Sage CRM Ally to inquire about specific Sage CRM features or seek guidance on troubleshooting common issues. It's important to note that questions should not contain personal or confidential information.
