Sage CRM Ally (beta) is a chatbot that Sage made available in the Help Centre earlier in 2024 and then integrated into Sage CRM 2024 R1. While it was generally well-received, we encountered some technical issues that required us to remove it from both locations temporarily. Sage CRM Ally (beta) was reintroduced in the Sage CRM 2024 R2 release. Once reactivated, customers using Sage CRM 2024 R1 will have seen the chatbot reappear in their user interface.
