Advisory: Sage CRM Announces New Chatbot for Improved User Support

Sage has launched a new chatbot on its documentation and help website for Sage CRM.  The new chatbot, which is still in Beta, is called Sage CRM Ally. Sage CRM Ally is powered by generative AI and has access to all documentation of currently supported versions of the software.

The launch of Sage CRM Ally represents Sage's commitment to providing our users with the best possible support.  Sage CRM Ally is expected to significantly improve the user experience by providing quick and easy access to information.

Sage CRM Ally can be used to answer a variety of questions about Sage CRM, including:

  • How to use specific features of the software.
  • How to troubleshoot common problems.
  • Find information on supported versions of the software.

All questions are anonymous but the questions that are asked will give Sage better insights into user needs and preferences, which will help Sage to improve Sage CRM.

Sage CRM Ally is available now on the Sage CRM Help Center. To access the chatbot, simply click on the “Chat” link in the bottom right corner of the page.

Sage CRM Ally will be included in Sage CRM 2024 R1 to improve the in-product experience for users to be able to get help directly within the interface.

This advisory applies to Sage CRM stand-alone and when integrated with Sage accounting products: Sage 50, Sage 100, Sage 200, Sage 300, Sage X3 and Sage Intacct.
