Information about software patches on the Sage CRM Help Center

 We’ve added information about all the available software patches to the Sage CRM Help Center. For each supported maintenance release, there will be one or more patches that address specific issues in that release.

 See the ReadMe document for details about the issues addressed, to determine whether or not the patch is applicable to your instance of Sage CRM.

 Please note that those issues will also be addressed in the next maintenance release of Sage CRM.

Sage CRM 2022 R2.2

 On 1st March 2023, we released a patch to resolve a SQL Server issue on Sage CRM 2022 R2, caused by Sage CRM not releasing database connections. As a result, Sage CRM exceeded the maximum number of connections, and the following error was written to the Sage CRM log file: “Could not open a connection to SQL Server.”

For customers on Sage CRM 2022 R2 who are experiencing this SQL Server error, the fix is available in Sage CRM 2022 R2.2
