Hi everyone,

I'm looking to make a group from our outbound call list. One of our reasons for exclusion is 'snail mail contact only', so if we speak to a customer that only wants to be contacted by post, we can simply select that exclusion from the dropdown and it adds it to the new group. Is there a way to do this?
