I am new to applying structure to my sales process and I really hope that Sage CRM is the tool that works for me! My sales process is simple: I conduct workshops and collect business cards from the attendees (these are my Leads); I then nurture this leads via email - the majority of what I do is via email (Microsoft Outlook 2010). I am using the trial version of Sage CRM cloud. I uploaded the Leads from a recent workshop that I conducted. I had already sent email messages to each of the 100+ via MS Outlook. How do I tie the Lead in Sage with the email sent to that Lead? In other words: how do I use the File Email function to associate these email messages with the Leads so that I can track the evolution of the relationship? Also, is there a way to do the File Email function for multiple email messages at a time (I cannot imagine hitting "File Email" over 100 times after each workshop).
