Hi,
We're looking at purchasing a phone system that is compliant with Sage CRM. We know that Sage CRM is TAPI compliant, however there is no documentation that we've been able to find of a recommended supported phone system.
We're looking at the 3CX Phone System but would like to know if anyone else has gotten it to successfully integrate with Sage CRM.
Also are there any systems that do integrate easily with Sage CRM? We'd be very interested to know.
